Questions about working with our Accounts Team
What kind of orders should go through the Accounts Team?
Large runs (typically 50,000 units and up), multi-SKU packaging projects, unusual specs or formats, and any order that needs a formal quote or business billing.
Should I contact the Accounts Team or Customer Support?
Questions about an existing order, artwork or a standard product go to Customer Support. New large or custom projects go to the Accounts Team.
How quickly will I hear back after submitting the form?
An Account Manager replies within 1 business day, usually with a quote or a few questions about your project.
What if I’m tax-exempt?
Send us your exemption certificate with your project details and we will set your account up before your first order.
Can I use a purchase order or pay another way?
Yes. Business accounts can order with a purchase order, pay by bank transfer, or request payment terms after review.
